How do I reserve The Cottages?
The Cottages at Bell Haven can be booked online thru email requests or in person by telephone. Rates are from $225-$300 per night; $1350-$1800 per week, based on occupancy, plus applicable hotel tax and a $200 refundable security deposit. Two-night minimum stay. Please provide your information and dates of travel and your reservation can be completed in a few simple steps. Deposit is due at time of booking; $225 for a two- to three-night stay, $500 for a one-week stay. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
What services can I expect from The Cottages at Bell Haven?
The Cottages at Bell Haven will welcome you to the resort. To assure an "at home" experience for you, each Cottage carries basic items including fresh linens, towels, soaps, utensils, charcoal and toiletries. Private parking for two vehicles is designated for each Cottage. The Cottages are secure and gated. There is no housekeeping services, but should you need extra towels, blankets or other supplies, please ask our caretakers.
Are The Cottages at Bell Haven family-friendly?
Absolutely! Kids will enjoy many of the resorts activities such as ping pong, games and puzzles, beachfront inflatable and kayaks to make their stay a positive experience for children - and also for their parents.
What times are Check in and Check Out at the Cottages?
Check in is 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. (please make arrangements if late arrival is expected). Check out is 11 a.m. Guests can enjoy the convenience of easy Check In with approved billing using a major credit card. Guests may check-out by simply leaving their key in the Cottage before .
How many does each Cottage sleep?
The Cottages are each furnished with two queen beds, two twin beds, and a pull out sofa bed. Birdwood sleeps up to 6 guests. QuailsRun sleeps up to 8 guests.
Can I bring my pet to The Cottages at Bell Haven?
Sorry, no pets are allowed at The Cottages.
How can I make special requests regarding my stay?
Special requests can be made when booking your reservation. Not every request can be met, but we will do our very best to accommodate you.AQ: Rates & Reservations
If I change a reservation, will I still get the same rate?
The personal and credit card information used to reserve The Cottages can be modified with no change in rate. However, if you wish to change any other aspect of your reservation - such as dates or number of guests - then to make a new reservation that meets your new criteria depends on what is available on the date that you rebook.
