The Cottages at Bell Haven offer a unique blend of sophisticated charm and peaceful setting in a privately owned resort close to conveniences, golf and tennis, art galleries, fishing, award-winning wineries and much more... making The Cottages an enjoyable vacation destination and popular haven for families and groups seeking fresh air and water sports activities. The Cottages are located on beautiful Clear Lake in Soda Bay, 4 miles from Konocti Harbor Resort and Spa; 3 miles from Buckingham Tennis and Golf.  The Cottages are fully furnished, 3bd/2ba units that sleep 6 to 8 persons; well-appointed kitchens, heating, cable TV, picnic area/BBQs.  Resort amenities include 400' of lakefront, beach, 200' fishing pier, game room, boat launch at nearby Clear Lake State Park (1 mile), private dock, restaurants and jazz club within walking distance.  Open all year.  Check out our calendar for availability and email or call us to arrange for your next spectacular getaway!   Rates:  $225-$300 per night; $1350-$1800 per week, based on occupancy, plus applicable hotel tax and a $200 refundable security deposit.  Requires two-night minimum stay — ask about our winter rates (Oct - Apr).
